Delivery Information

Delivery is made via courier and so a physical street address is required.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes sorry.

Our courier firm collects orders at midday each day. They do not offer same day service in Wellington. Nor can we guarantee they will deliver overnight so please allow 3 - 6 days for delivery to occur in the North or South Island.

A rural delivery fee is applicable in addition to the above. (Waiheke Island, Great Barrier & Chatham Islands is classed as rural!).

No international deliveries sorry.

Our candy can be couriered all over New Zealand, subject to stock availability.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, we can not accept returns for 'change of mind' or 'error when ordering' reasons. We will accept returns for faulty products. Our products always leave us fresh and in the best condition.
